GENERAL

Q: What services do you offer?
We specialize in custom screen printing on T-shirts for businesses, events, schools, sports teams, nonprofits, and individuals. We also offer design assistance, bulk orders, and a variety of shirt styles and colors.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our minimum order is 12 shirts per design. For smaller quantities, we may refer you to explore digital printing instead.

Q: Can I supply my own shirts?
While you can supply your own shirts,  our wholesale suppliers make it very cost effective to procure the shirts you need at a price that you can be happy with.  Also, we typically order a couple extra just in case there are print errors.   Please contact us first to ensure your items are compatible with our printing process.

DESIGN & ARTWORK


Q: Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our in-house design team can help you create or refine your artwork. We also accept print-ready files in formats like AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, or high-resolution PNG.

Q: What kind of artwork do you need for printing?
We recommend vector files (AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF) for best results. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we’ll take a look.

Q: How many colors can you print?

We have a 6 color press.  With that being said, on darker garments a white "undercoat" is typically used to ensure the visibility of the printed graphic on the garment.  This would decrease the color amount to 5 colors for solid/spot color images.  

Q: Can I print full-color or photo images?
Screen printing is ideal for solid-color designs. For photo-realistic or full-color prints, we may suggest alternatives like direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.  While we can print in "simulated process", you may find that DTG is what you are looking for. Contact us and we can let you know.

ORDERING & TURNAROUND


Q: How do I place an order?
You can request a quote through our website's easy and intuitive quote form. Once we have received/reviewed your artwork and have confirmed the order's details, you will receive a confirmation email including a PayLink where you can pay by Credit/Debit.  Once your payment is received, we start on your order.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval and payment. This allows blank garments to be made available to us from our suppliers. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! The more you order, the more you save. Contact us for a custom quote based on your order size and design complexity or simply look at our Price List Page.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe/Bluevine, Zelle, or cash if you are local.

Q: Do you ship orders?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. Local delivery is also available if you live within 25 miles of zip code 46628 (South Bend, Indiana).

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/messenger.

CARE & QUALITY


Q: How long will the print last?
With proper care, our screen-printed designs can last for years. We use high-quality inks and curing methods to ensure durability.

Q: How should I wash my printed shirts?

Turn shirts inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print.

Q: What if there’s a mistake with my order?
We try to take the guesswork out of mistakes by having our customers approve the "mockup" or "proof" that we send them.  If there is a quality issue, please reach out to us and we can discuss options.
